Scholarship Application Workshop
A scholarship application workshop will be held at 10:00am on Saturday December 3, 2005 at the Elgin City Hall. Many scholarships go unclaimed or are awarded to only a few. Many deserving students don�t apply because they are intimidated by the application process. This special session will help prepare applicants as they apply for college scholarships.
