The Parker Williams Memorial Scholarship Fund

You are invited to contribute to the scholarship fund in memory of Parker Williams, grandson of longtime St. James members Rosetta Williams and the late Dr. Carol Williams of Elgin. He was the son of John Williams, who grew up in St. James and his wife Jo. Eight year old Parker passed away on August 21, 2005. The scholarship will be awarded to an area student who is pursuing a course of study in special education, and shares a passion for working with special needs students.
